Yeah, because it just so happened that out of all the fetuses conceived every year, the ones who’d invent cures for the worlds deadliest diseases, have the ability to end world hunger and restore peace on earth were aborted.

Okay.

What happened to the person (note: For the 9 months of pregnancy, THAT IS NOT A FULL-FLEDGED PERSON AND SHOULD NTO BE TREATED AS SUCH) who would have cured cancer?

• Maybe it was a gay person who would have cured cancer, but was bullied into committing suicide as a teen.
• Maybe it was someone in an underprivileged neighborhood who would have cured cancer, but budget cuts and shitty science classes (because of adults who care more about creationism and prayer in school than curriculum) meant they had nothing to gain from their school.
• Maybe it was a girl (or anyone with a uterus) who would have cured cancer, but she received shitty sex ed because of overbearing conservative parents (who yet again care more about bullshit “morals” than knowledge) and she got pregnant and dropped out to raise the kid.
• Maybe you would have cured cancer, OP, but you’re too busy trying to guilt trip people who get pregnant from rape, people who know they’re incapable of giving a child the life it deserves, and people with medical conditions or dysphoria that would make pregnancy life-threatening.

Hey I’m all for pro-choice and whatever, but I don’t see why people need to go and attack someone for posting their personal opinions on their own blog. No need to insult the person and say ‘fuck you’ either. I thought people were allowed to express their opinions here? Guess not. It’s not like the picture is openly expressing hate or insulting someone either. This wouldn’t be getting any backlash if it were a pro-choice post now would it? We need to learn how to be more respectful of other people’s opinions, no matter how ridiculous we think they are.
