I’ve never understood the stereotype that Canadians are so nice and polite

I feel that Americans are so much nicer than we are. Everytime I go to visit the US everyone is so friendly and welcoming and warmhearted, even complete strangers

then I come back to Canada and see the difference and think wow we’re assholes aren’t we
